Services

UpDocs provides technical documentation services, including but not limited to product documentation, API documentation, onboarding guides, and knowledge base content.

Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Appointments

Consultations and sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or providing at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. UpDocs reserves the right to charge for sessions missed without proper notice.

Revisions and Scope

Each service includes a defined scope and number of revisions. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

UpDocs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or website content.

Changes to Services

Services and pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.
